This 2015 AV receiver is breaking the market. The TX-SR444 is still one of the sales leaders with many great reviews and dedicated fans. Is it really good and invincible in 2019? I put this AV receiver in a test to make sure it's actually good.

AV receivers are not so energy efficient. The output power is 700W. The latest gadget with low power consumption is more convenient for your wallet.

Sound quality

The TX-SR444 has a variety of decoders. Dolby Surround, Dolby True HD, Dolby Atmos, Dolby Digital Plus, and DTS-HD Master Audio.

Connectivity

There is no Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and IEEE at all. Do you upset you? If you need connectivity, you should pay attention to some newer models. Did you mention there is no USB?

Set

The setup is very simple. Follow the instructions on the display. The user manual is also very easy to understand.

The time is limited but the answer only took a day but I tried to contact the customer support team.

conclusion

Since this model is not new, it is very inexpensive for the family. So if you are looking for something reliable but inexpensive, then this AV receiver is what you need. The company offers parts and labor costs for two years for all Onkyo TX-SR444. That means you don't have to worry about maintenance and service costs.

I can recommend it to most home theater users. Very easy to install and run. Easy to align, built-in decoder is amazing and versatile.
